My experience includes building a management company from the ground up - from 15 doors to nearly 800 - working every role from Bookkeeper, Leasing Agent, and Property Manager all the way up to Director of Operations.

I specialize in Trust/Escrow Accounting and Operational Efficiency for residential PMs, but offer a broad range of services including corporate accounting, investment property advising, new business consulting, process establishment and training, database management, AppFolio training, compliance auditing, project management, and more.
